This year we are introducing HATs (Helpful Arena Teams) into the arena and they are there in a similar vein to the CATs in the campsites - that is to help you. They are mobile and you will see their clearly marked tabards and so please do talk to them about any concerns that you have, or ask them anything that you wish to know about the event.
